Well, where to even begin. I was treated like absolute *** when the restaurant itself had messed up my order. Lets just say when somebody goes and spends money, they expect to be treated at least the same as any other customer in that place. Since I had picked up the sushi and brought it home I found that one of the rolls I had ordered was not made correctly, and they even charged me EXTRA for it. I made a phone call, talked to the person on the phone and immediately asked to speak with a manager. Since no manager was there, I made it very clear to whom I was speaking, "I don't mean to be rude to you". They made it clear they made a mistake and they would honor me with a free roll of sushi when I go back and pick it up. TODAY I went back and got the most absolute rude/disgusting/unprofessional owner in my face calling me the ***. As she kept talking behind my back to other customers and other employees.

WHEN A BUSINESS MAKES A MISTAKE, ITS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT, THE BUSINESS NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION AND RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT CUSTOMER LEAVES HAPPY!!!! I'M PISSED!!!

The OWNER HERSELF had the nerve to try to lecture me. When you go to a restaurant, people shouldn't try to boss their customers around. Don't tell me to sit down, don't tell me not to order what I want, Don't tell me its MY FAULT YOU GOT MY ORDER WRONG. This is the WORST service I have ever received in any restaurant.

Glad to say I WILL NEVER order from there again with my money, or anyone else's.

BOYCOTT BIG BOWL!!! INCONSIDERATE UNPROFESSIONAL ARROGANT
